Your responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a development team of up to 10 employees
- Planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects, including adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Responsibility for maintaining and administering our ticketing system
- Reporting to management and coordinating with other departments
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT operations
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role is desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for new challenges
